NEW YORK, July 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — New York City real estate developer and investor Alex Noghreh has always been committed to giving back to the local community. For example, for nearly three years, he has been a supporter and sponsor for the 79th Precinct Community Council. Recently, Noghreh sponsored two upcoming events: “National Night Out” on August 2, 2016; and the Second Annual Detective Ramos/Liu Commemoration on September 17, 2016. National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drugs prevention awareness.
Dr. Kim Best, President of the 79th Precinct Community Council, said she is grateful for Noghreh’s community service and support, which she said has a tangible impact of the lives of local children.
“In 2015, he purchased 15 bicycles for the annual Christmas/Kwanza Celebration; plus supplied us with the Santa Claus from his own staff,” Best said, adding that in April, 2016, he sponsored and purchased Easter baskets for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and they were given out to all the children (winners) in the community.
“We look forward to his continued support in making the lives of our children a positive and memorable experience.”
Although Noghreh lives in Long Island, he spends the majority of his time conducting business in the boroughs. As a result, he feels strongly that it is important to give back to these communities. In addition to his work with the 79th Precinct Community Council, Noghreh also assists pastors of churches and community organizers so they may better serve the community.
