Civil Justice Foundation New Orleans-Artist Trevor Goring donates Lincoln print

West Palm Beach, FL (JusticeNewsFlash.Com) –The Civil Justice Foundation’s annual fundraising event at the American Association for Justice mid-winter meeting in New Orleans proved highly topical this year with a limited edition print of Abraham Lincoln as the principal item offered for raffle. The work of art entitled Lincoln Remembers (shown here) was donated by the artist Trevor Goring who has consistently supported the Foundation since meeting past president and trustee, Theodore A. Schwartz, over ten years ago. Sales of raffle tickets totalled over $2000 and total revenues for the evening surpassed $10,000, the second highest take in over five years. The unique hand-crafted jewellery donated by Kim Carmel also greatly contributed to the success of the evening with over one hundred members and guests enjoying the camaraderie of this dedicated gathering of trial attorneys. The Civil Justice Foundation is a national charitable organization dedicated to safeguarding justice for all Americans by strengthening the alliance between trial attorneys and consumer advocacy groups. It is the only national foundation devoted solely to protecting the individual rights, health, and well-being of the injured – providing small but significant grants to the tireless organizations fighting for injury prevention and justice preservation across the country. The Civil Justice Foundation will be holding its Annual Breakfast of Champions in July, in San Diego at the annual conference of AAJ.For further information: www.civiljusticefoundation.org
